www.mybaker.co is an online platform providing a marketplace for baked goods (Bakes) between an individual or entity looking to buy baked goods (a Buyer) and an individual or entity looking to sell baked goods (a Seller).
We may update our site from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.
A Seller’s profile will need to be set up amend baking listings. We will require the Seller to register their first and surname, username, password and also their email. Once the Seller has registered, they can maintain their baking profiles.
When a Buyer purchases a Bake from a Seller they will pay via Stripe. We will receive a 20% commission of the price Buyer’s pay for Bakes. By using www.mybaker.co all Buyers and Sellers agree to our receipt of this commission in payment of our transaction fee for processing the order.Our commission is non-refundable. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise in the contractual relationship between Buyers and Sellers when Buyers purchase a Bake from a Seller.We may change our commission from time to time. We will notify you of any changes to our fee policy by posting such changes on our site. We may choose to temporarily change our fees for promotional events or new services; these changes are effective when we announce the promotional event or new service.
